- Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant hospitality supervisory experience in a luxury environment
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Sound knowledge of Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Area Service procedures
- Sound knowledge of stock procedures and control
- Sound knowledge of hygiene
- Solid work history
- Professional and well groomed
- Sober habits

Description
- Management of the Housekeeping function
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, organized and disciplined work ethics
- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and prepared, maintain cleanliness of all vacant rooms daily to the property and company standard
- Safekeeping and monitoring of laundry and housekeeping equipment
- Manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them
- Maintain discipline in the department according to company standards, address deviations according to disciplinary company standards
