- ** Liaising with Guides**: Collaborate with safari guides to ensure they provide excellent service and create tailored experiences based on guests' preferences.

2. **Operational Management**
- ** Staff Supervision**: Oversee the daily operations of the safari lodge or camp, including managing a team of guides, housekeepers, chefs, and other support staff. This involves recruiting, training, and scheduling staff.
- ** Resource Management**: Ensure that the lodge or camp is properly stocked with all necessary supplies (e.g., food, fuel, equipment) and that facilities are maintained to a high standard.
- ** Financial Oversight**: Manage the budget for the safari operation, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective management of resources. This could include overseeing pricing strategies, revenue collection, and monitoring profit margins.
