**Internal Sales Co-Ordinator**

**Title**:

- Internal Sales Co-Ordinator**Requirements**:

- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Previous Internal Sales experience.
- Well-spoken and very fluent in English.
- Computer literate: Microsoft excel (Advanced), Word and Outlook. Advanced Excel skills is imperative.
- Must have previously worked on Pastel Evolution.
- Attention to detail and report compilation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. (Extremely important)
- Excellent communicator with fellow co-workers and team player.
- Ability to work alternate weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Phoning and Capturing of all sales orders in the system.
- Report compilation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on sales volumes, prices, promotions and returns.
- Processing and printing and checking of sales Invoices daily.
- Compile a production/stock shortage recon for the Processing facility.
- Ensure that all customers orders are placed based on the following days route plan and that promotions are loaded.
- Ensure that the picking list are received on time by the Dispatch Manager.
- Assist the external Sales staff with administration functions.
- Assist with processing of credit notes or any other administrative duties as may be required from time to time.

- Sales and Marketing Manager.

- Market Related salary will be offered.
- Leave: 15 Working Days

**Working Hours**:

- 07h00 to 16h30 Monday to FridayEvery Second Weekend as well as Public Holiday’s (45 hours will worked weekly)
