To take responsibility for ensuring that the company’s stock levels meet business needs.
To oversee purchases and pricing reports, replenishing levels when necessary, and monitoring shipments or internal transfers between departments or locations within the business.
Assist the TempCheck team on daily tasks
PO Files and Transporter mails to update temptales utilised
Assist on weekends with TC duties
Distribution of ALL temptales to transporters, cold stores and LCL DBN/PE offices, stock sheet updated and future date of GEO’s where necessary
Reconciling of delivery notes
Acknowledgement letters
Weekly stock recon for GEO’s to all parties
Monthly Stock recon for all temptales allocated/unallocated

**Qualifications**:
Grade 12 (Essential).
A minimum of 2-years’ experience as a Stock Controller.
Strong persuasive and outstanding organisational skills.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Willingness to work additional hours from time to time due to nature of business.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
High Levels of motivation and pro-activeness.
Strong, communication, and relationship building skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
