You will be responsible for the following:
Ordering of equipment and orders to sub-contractors

Assisting with allocation of call outs
Assisting in creating quotations

Data capturing
Dealing with account queries from creditors
Logging of calls on the service desk
Taking calls
Filing
Quote related duties

All admin related duties

Adhoc tasks given by management
Fleet report

**Requirements;**

Matric

Tertiary qualification will be adv

2- 3 years’ Experience in a workshop / maintenance / service environment

Experience within the construction industry will be adv.

Computer Literate (MS Office)

Must have a driver’s licence

**Skills**:
Strong administrative skills and team player

Willing to work in a technical environment

Must be an excellent communicator

Attention to detail and able to work under pressure

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
