Job Summary

The LexisNexis Consultant is dedicated to the implementation of new Sales and driving adoption of the usage of the Lexis Nexis solutions at our customers. it involves, new customer implementations, and implementing additional products at existing customers.

Accountabilities
- Implement and train clients on new products & feature releases
- Participating in team projects and roll out of new features
- Driving the adoption of the Lexis Nexis Solutions
- Maintenance and support of our software whether telephonically, remote or on-site
- Customization of software
- Installation of Lexis Nexis software at customers, including of certificates for Corporate roll-outs
- Driving adoption of all Lexis Nexis products
- Technical troubleshooting and resolution of software issues
- Participating in campaigns and roll out of new products and features to the users
- Maintenance and support of our software whether telephonically, remote or on-site
- Customization of software per attorney firm

Other Qualifications/Requirements:

- Matric
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows
- Own transport and drivers license essential
- Conveyancing / Legal experience - advantage
- Deceased Estate experience - advantage
- Experience on Lexis Nexis products - advantage
