Administrative Assistant

A dynamic and forward-thinking company is seeking a motivated and energetic Administrative Assistant. This role is essential in providing clerical support and working closely with Buying and Stores managers. Based in Botha's Hill, KZN.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Processing of Orders:
- Efficiently managing and executing order processing to ensure timely delivery
Maintaining and Tracking Backorders:
- Keeping accurate records of backorders and ensuring they are fulfilled as soon as possible.
Customer Support:
- Assisting customers with their queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining excellent customer relations is a key aspect of this role.
Support to Buying Manager:
- Providing general administrative support to the Buying Manager, helping streamline operations and support the procurement process.
- Collaboration with Store Manager: Working closely with the offsite Store Manager as a cohesive team to ensure store operations are running smoothly.
Stock Management:
- Basic system tracking and processing of stock duties.
**Requirements**:
- Competence in general Excel use is essential for managing data and reports.
- Experience or knowledge of Pastel is advantageous.
- Critical thinking and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
