What are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven, hardworking, and team-orientated Academic Administrator to join our team at Skills Academy.

You will be responsible for all administrative and academic assistance to students at Skills Academy.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

- Drawing data from the student management system, and producing daily reports
- Assisting the manager in checking administrative tasks
- Answering and making calls to students
- Assisting the manager in keeping the communication calendar up to date and action
- Liaise with other departments that work with or give services to the Academic Department
- Taking minutes
- Printing and managing results and certificates for students who complete their studies
- Administrative assistance for our online study groups
- Be able to touch type
- Be computer literate
- Have Matric
- Office experienced
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Customer Service experience is advantageous

The job is highly administrative. Accuracy and speed are both essential to ensure every student is serviced properly.

- Administrative office procedures, practices, and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience in management is an added advantage
