**Overall Responsibility: Assisting the Operations Department with day-to-day operations**

**Main responsibilities**
**General Administrative & Reporting Duties**
- Processing Tasks on the Database/Operating System, Assisting with Staff Communications, Functions and Housekeeping.
- Compiling reports when required
- Organizing the office space
- Manage office resources
- Processing of invoices.
- Ordering stock.
- Safeguard confidential information
- Relieve reception with switchboard & admin from time to time
- Ad hoc related duties

**Personal Assistant**
- Management of diaries

**HR Administration**
- Assist with HR administration
- Responsible for onboarding documentation
- Responsible for leave management
- Responsible for executing of HR projects
- Responsible for maintaining HR files.

**Minimum Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- Matric
- 2 Years of administration or related experience
- Computer Literacy

**Overall Skills and competencies**:

- Attention to detail
- Organizing skills
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans
- Adaptable.
- Flexible.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in using relevant technology tools and software. (Sage Pastel Partner, Zoho Books, Microsoft Package proficiency in Excel is non-negotiable)
- Thorough understanding of stock keeping systems.
