The position will be office-based in Somerset West.
**Responsibilities**:
- Uses technical knowledge along with standard tools to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve tickets.
- Assist in analysing, assigning and escalating support calls.
- Fixing software issues, replacing, or repairing hardware components, or cleaning up malware and viruses.
- Provide online technical support to clients and inhouse users.
- Provide continuous feedback to parties and update all systems and or portals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for work optimisation.
- Identify and discuss root causes of user technical issues.
- Correctly follow the processes and procedures set out for your team.
- Respond to assigned tickets/tasks in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
- Setup workstations and configure end-sure software / hardware and upgrade existing desktops.
- Monitor company infrastructure and solutions.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Relevant qualification in IT System Support.
- Minimum 3-years workplace experience in IT and Systems Support.
- Experienced in Customer Service.

- Ability to manage work processes and excellent attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills - working in team environment.
- Strong client service orientation and passion for exceeding expectations.
- Reliable and able to produce high quality of work.

- Demonstrate an appropriate degree of personal and business integrity.
