**OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR = WYNBERG, CAPE TOWN**

Inspire Rentals (Pty) Ltd is a leading furniture rental company in the events and hospitality industry and are looking for a **Operations Administrator **who will plays a crucial role in the day to day operations of the business, supporting various functions to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. The position requires a combination of administrative, organizational and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Matric, or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Operations Administrator (events industry experience advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams & CRM programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluent in English / other languages beneficial
- Confident, healthy with an enduring positive energy
- Good people-skills and ability to deal with difficult people
- Must have a drivers’ license and own reliable transport
- Diligent, Precise, Meticulous, Systematic & Organized
- Works independently
- Problem solver
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work overtime
- Work independently and within a team
- Have excellent relationship with clients, stakeholders and colleagues
- Punctual & reliable

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Administration Support**:

- providing administration assistance to operations and management teams i.e. date entry, document management and maintaining records
- **Logistics and planning** - Assisting in the planning and coordination of operations activities i.e. resource allocation, scheduling and logistics to ensure a seamless workflow
- **Communication**:

- Serving as a point of contact between different departments and teams within the organization and clients i.e. communication updates, relaying information, and effective communication
- **Project Support**:

- Supporting operational projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress and ensuring that deadlines working closely with different teams and department
- **Compliance and documentation of vehicles** - ensuring that operations processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies i.e. vehicle claims, insurance of vehicles, accidents etc.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required.

**SALARY**

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 days

**Salary**: R12 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wynberg, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
