**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the relevant Company standard operating procedures.
- Sourcing
- Admininistartion
- Monitor and address all complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve relevant complaints efficiently.
- Maintains security by following procedures
- Answer calls and direct through to the correct departments/ persons.
- Complete adhoc admin tasks.
- Complete all necessary printing and filing within the department.
- Maintain an unsuccessful database as per legal requirements.
- Ensure professional and positive attitude when interacting with people.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
- Ensure high level of service
- Ensure communication is adapted to meet the needs of the specific individual
- Ensure optimal Client Service Delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow Company policies and processes outlined by the POPIA
- Making sure booking requests and setups are seen to, for Boardrooms and Auditorium.
- Assisting Facilities Ops. Supervisor with daily checks of the building when needed.

- Well-groomed and professionalism
- Experience as a Receptionist/related positions advantageous.
