Intern - Sales Development Admin

Assisting the Business Development Team with Small Segment and Medium Segment administration duties and tasks, ensuring that the team has more valued time to focus on creating opportunities for Sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the BD team with Administrative duties.
- Create secondary accounts on local internal systems.
- Conduct Account checks across all internal systems - to avoid duplications.
- Actively work on a shared mailbox assigning tasks and responsibilities to the BD Team
- Engage with Sales Colleagues and other key supporting functions as required to complete admin requirements
- Manage the attendance register for BD
- Support the BD manager with queries
- Assist telephonically when required.
- Utilise the tools and technology available to support the administrative requirements.
Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have: (5 or 6 Max)
- High attention to detail
- Highly organised and ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong customer focus and high level of customer service ethics.
- Very good knowledge on MS office
- Very good to excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work alone and integrate into a team.
- Experience with outbound calling and responding to inbound calls predominantly in English
Technical / professional qualifications:
- MS office suite
- Systems/technology aptitude
- CRM experience/Salesforce - bonus
