**JOB SUMMARY**:
**Main Purpose of Position**:

- To control all operational aspects of the Dell CSG Brand.
- The below KPA’s outlined in Section 3 are not exhaustive, additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary by your direct manager and in line with previous competencies.

**Key Performance Areas**:
**Brand Administration**
- Obtain and update ETA’s on incoming orders
- Maintain weekly price list
- Pipeline reporting

**Sales Support**
- Update Focus accounts with ETA information
- Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product / service information, support and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries, promoting the features and benefits of the brand’s products / services.
- Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products / services sold.
- Give expert advice to Account Managers/Resellers on product mix and pricing recommendations.
- Provide daily feedback to Sales/Reseller on quotes in progress, to include progress with timelines.
- Maintain professional working relationships with Vendor, Sales Teams, Brand Teams and Resellers.

**Vendor product and process knowledge**
- Gain relevant knowledge of products and process by attending relevant training and vendor webinars
- Achieve and maintain skills and certifications related to the brand.

**Internal training associated with competencies**:

- Completion of the Learning Portal /relevant Certificates - Sales, operations and technical
- Completion of relevant behavioral interventions to assist identified competency in role.
- roadmap training by Brand

**Minimum Experience**:

- 3 years of Internal Sales Administration experience in the IT Distribution Industry

**Office Requirements**:

- Work-from-office environment.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Working hours are from 08:00 - 17:00.
- Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Reliable transport to and from the office.

**Note**:

- You will be on a probationary period of three months, which will be facilitated by HR.
- You will be required to perform such duties as reasonably required by the business. Your job description may be amended from time to time if it is valid and reasonable.
- You will serve the Company or any Associated Entity in such a capacity as management may reasonably require.

- You may be required within reason, to work outside of set duties and/or perform in more than one role.
