**Requirements**:

- Marketing Degree
- 5-10 years’ experience in loyalty programs
- Partner management preferably within a loyalty team
- Experience in managing a portfolio of retail partners
- Account management experience
- Knowledge of loyalty industry will be advantageous

**Duties**:

- Further responsibilities include collaboration between different other business units to ensure an efficient working relationships
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiation, on-boarding and the day-to-day management of retail partners
