- Managing staff (Receptionist, Cleaner, Gardner and Security)
- Seeing to all functions and organizing catering
- Management of Front Desk
- Facilities management and supervision
- Company letters to be written.
- Making of staff travel arrangements.
- Update lists and forms
- Set-up of workstations and furniture
- Stationery orders
- Weekly invoices
- General office support
- Order monthly stock
- Yearly performance reviews
- Arrange staff back up or assistance.
- Co-ordinate all meetings
- Check boardroom availability for meetings
- Assist with Office health and safety.
- Monthly Leave and kilometer claims
- Manage office parking
