RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of data processors, data matchers, and data capturers towards excellent delivery of team objectives.
- Prioritise team tasks according to SLAs, and assist and guide the team to deliver on goals.
- Ensure that team goals and objectives are updated when required, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the team.
- Lead recruitment initiatives and maintain a bench of strong A-players to call upon when required
- Data Management
- Oversee the collection, integration, and maintenance of data from various sources.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through data validation and cleaning processes.
- Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Data Processing
- Assess the usability and validity of client-provided data, drawing upon your experience as a data processor.
- Utilise your expertise in data processing to build data automation workflows, leveraging tools like Knime.
- Monitor data for errors, identify trends, and develop mitigations to ensure the team delivers quality output.
- Optimize data transformation processes and monitor data loads for performance and accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement
- Leverage your experience to identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements, utilizing automation tools such as Power Automate, Power App, Zapier, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams teams to automate data pipelines and improve efficiency.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions accordingly
- Continuously build your proficiency with ETL tools and transfer this knowledge within the team.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in leadership roles in a similar environment is required.
- Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide your team effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
