About the Role

As a key member of the MTN team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience Strategy Development: Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Service Delivery Management: Manage service delivery operations, including incident and problem management, to ensure high-quality customer support.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Talent Development: Attract, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success.
  • Cost Control and Budget Management: Manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer experience management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing customer experience strategies.
  • Experience in operational readiness and service delivery management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or postgraduate qualifications in Customer Experience, Service Design, or Technology Adoption.

Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng.
