We are constantly expanding and diversifying our product offerings using the market segmentation and known as the quality market leader throughout the years. Today, Admirals team is over 350 professionals in 18 countries.
Currently we are looking to onboard a CRO who will play a critical role in the success of a company by developing and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and ultimately help the company achieve its long-term financial objectives.
**Your daily activities as a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Responsible for managing the sales and service departments to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize customer acquisition and retention;
- Developing pricing strategies;
- Optimizing revenue streams;
- Identifying new revenue opportunities;
- Focus on developing and implementing sales strategies to reach new customers and increase market share, while ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction;
- Be responsible for establishing partnerships, overseeing product development efforts to ensure they are aligned with revenue goals, and developing data-driven insights and analysis to inform decision-making.

**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within the fintech industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset: a strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to prioritize customer acquisition and retention, ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction, and develop pricing strategies that are competitive and aligned with customer needs.
- Industry experience: have relevant industry experience, with knowledge of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can be leveraged to drive revenue growth.
- Business acumen: have a strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics that are used to measure business performance and profitability.
