**Position**:Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

**Role**: Hybrid/Remote - 6 Months with option to extend

**Opportunity**:
We are seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer on behalf of our private equity client. The United Kingdom based company operates within the facilities management and energy solutions industry, with a strong presence in both the commercial and residential markets.

**The Role**:
As the Interim CFO, you will be a pivotal part of the executive team, responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring robust financial planning, and optimizing financial performance. Your role will involve leading finance, procurement, and IT teams, managing relationships with key financial partners, and providing critical financial insights to support the company’s ambitious growth targets. This is a Hybrid/remote role, based out of our offices in Durban or Cape Town, with the requirement to travel to Northern Ireland from time to time.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will develop and implement financial strategies, oversee cash flow management, andensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, as you will mentor finance teams and integrate financial operations across the company. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in managing risk and delivering insightful financial reports to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in scaling companies from mid-market revenues to over EUR 100 million in revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to implement processes and drive improvements while actively engaging with and empowering finance teams.
- Expertise in implementing advanced data analysis and forecasting methodologies.
- Extensive experience in deploying new software systems, such as ERP or IT systems, to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Willingness to travel to Northern Ireland as required.

**Must Haves**
- Chartered Accountant Qualification (SAICA)
- Willingness to Travel
- Relevant experience in Energy Solutions and facilities management
- A UK or European Passport will be preferable

**Day Rate**:R8,000 - R10,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per day

License/Certification:

- Chartered Accountant Qualification (SAICA) (required)
