**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
SA Metal Group requires an experienced, committed, hardworking and motivated individual to join their HR team as a Training Administrator.

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage training master sheet in order to meet legislative requirements
- Ensure maintenance and updating of training administration and database in order to meet legislative requirements
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Schedule and co-ordinate legislative and developmental training
- Assist with onboarding of new employees by facilitating Induction and Orientation
- Work within policies and procedures and in compliance with all Skills Development Legislation and keep abreast of all changes with regard to learning and development best practice and requirements

**QUALIFYING CRITERIA**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- A minimum of between 3 - 5 years’ experience as a training administrator
- Good understanding of training legislation and regulations
- Excellent planning and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer Literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be able to work in a pressurized and demanding environment
- Flexible and willing to work overtime due to operational requirements
- Ability to write reports and procedure manuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent communication skills
