**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Ensure that Kronos Time and Attendance system is optimized for monthly payroll
- Checking that hours worked by employees are properly authorized by relevant Department
Head timeously
- Processing of monthly input accurately and on time
- Capturing of training and Disciplinaries on the HR System
- Generate various reports as required e.g. overtime, annual leave, sick leave training
- Ensure that all HR Administration for New Engagements & Exiting employees is completed
timeously and well maintained for record purposes.
- Ensure that all HR administration for Retirement Fund home loans / Beneficiary forms /
is completed accurately and on time
- Assist with Ad hoc HR duties as required
**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**
- HR N6 Tertiary Qualification
- Incumbent must be computer literate (MS Office - Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- People Management skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
