The Stores department currently has a vacancy for an attentive to detail, process-driven individual to join their team**.** The Stores Administrator's primary purpose is to provide administrative support to the department. He/she will also be required to:
Generate Catalogue purchase requests on Fraxion

Generate Purchase requests on Fraxion

Forward all Purchase Orders received from Procurement Department to relevant suppliers

Liaise with suppliers on a daily basis on all outstanding orders and partly supplied orders

Process invoices on Fraxion

Load new jobs on C-Works

Load new tools and tool movement on C-Works

Capture daily diesel usage

Conduct daily cycle counts, mid-year and year-end stock takes

Liaise with HR to coordinate any stores department training and skills development needs

Housekeeping

Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act

Filing

Notify HR daily on employees absenteeism

Any other adhoc tasks assigned

**Qualifying Experience**:

- Matric/Grade 12 (essential) with Accountancy or Mathematics
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Fraxion)
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
