**Job Advert Summary**:
Clover is looking to appoint a passionate and self driven individual within the Masterfile department/Business Unit as a System Support Controller. Your experience in managing, maintaining user accounts and your ERP system configuration knowledge and set-ups would be greatly beneficial in making you successful in this role.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- 5+ years applicable experience in systems administration and/or support.
- Extensive experience in ERP systems configuration and administration.
- Business English: Fluent
- Working with Senior Management
- MS Excel (Advanced)
- Above average mathematical and analytical skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Manage and maintain User Accounts**
- Evaluate and execute requests for user account creation, modification or deletion.
- Assess and assign appropriate access to system objects/programs based on job title and/or job description.
- Design and setup user groups, menus and menu options to manage users' access to limit risk to the business.
- Ensure the appropriate operational security posture is maintained.
- Ensure segregation of duties rule complied with Purchase Orders.
- Ensure compliance with auditing requirements and Company standards.

**Manage and maintain user access to Customer Web portals**
- Evaluate and execute requests for user account creation, modification or deletion.
- Assess and assign appropriate user access based on Principal segregation rules.
- Maintain user accounts to ensure users not requiring access are revoked promptly.

**Assist with ERP system configuration and set-ups**
- Assess and update systems for requests to Warehouses, Locations, Aisles, Bins, Shipping routes, etc.
- Maintain Salesman and Buyers Masters.
- Maintain Production Masters (Departments, Work Centres, Routings, Production Lines, Calendars, etc.)
