**Role Description**:
Position: Financial Controller
Location: Roodepoort, Full-time On-site

**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Reporting: Analyze monthly results, provide strategic input, prepare management reports.
- Financial Control: Oversee record keeping, develop control systems, manage year-end audit.
- Financial Planning: Prepare forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, manage funding and cash flow.
- Treasury: Handle foreign currency, customer credit, banking relationships.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, manage relationships with tax specialists.
- Business Partnering: Provide financial advice, support decision-making, develop management information.
- Development of Business Systems: Contribute to system development, promote best practices.
- Management: Oversee finance department, conduct staff management, appraisals, and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified CA(SA)
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and internal controls
- Track record of successful budget development and management, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong grasp of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and management skills
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
- Proficiency with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
