**We are seeking a Manager - Corporate Reporting & Performance Information Management for a 5-year fixed term contract role based in East London, Eastern Cape.**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:

- Degree in Arts, Communications, Administration, Development Studies or Commerce
- 8+ years experience in corporate performance reporting, research & analysis, M&E and communications of which 3 years must be at middle management of supervisory / consultancy level

**The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Support to strategic planning and governance - provide input; develop unit plans; enhance/implement systems; ensure report preparation; management forum participation; manage / support audits; develop manage relationships
- Corporate performance reporting - collect data and compile reports; develop performance strategies; liaise on report requirements; present / attend to queries; develop sectoral data and story boards
- Performance information management - develop strategies & reporting templates; data collection and interpretation; identify opportunities to enhance data collection; monitor / report on KPI’s; maintain guidelines and assess/respond to impacts and opportunities
- Assessment / reconciliation of portfolio of evidence - manage data and assess portfolio of assessments; engage and do follow ups; coordinate submissions; attend to queries
- Monitoring, evaluation & reporting support - ensure various programmes and interventions are aligned; develop, monitor and evaluation plans; coordinate/analyse M&E reviews; build M&E capacity & knowledge; manage project implementation
- Budget management - manage / control capital / operational budget; evaluate unit performance; monitor, recommend and implement corrective measures; authorise requisitions; prepare budget transfer requests
- Customer & stakeholder management - lead the development of stakeholder management strategies; gauge team performance; develop/manage relationships
