Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Performance Information Manager to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans, enhancing data collection and analysis capabilities, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Provide input to organisational strategy, review organisational activities, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Develop strategies and project management reporting templates, collect and analyse performance information, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports, communicate corporate performance information to stakeholders, and present management information reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Communications, Administration, Development Studies, or Commerce.
  • 8 years working experience in corporate performance reporting, research and analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and communications, with 3 years at middle management level.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
