About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Performance Manager to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving business success by developing and implementing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in corporate performance reporting, research, analysis, monitoring, and evaluation, with at least 3 years in a middle management or supervisory position. A Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Communications, Administration, Development Studies, or Commerce is also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing unit operational plans and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
  • Enhancing and implementing treasury systems, processes, procedures, tools, and control systems
  • Implementing controls within the section to minimize potential risk to stakeholders
  • Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for submission to all stakeholders
  • Participating in management forums and contributing expertise for sound decision making
  • Facilitating inter-departmental communication through effective structures and systems
  • Managing preparation and support for internal and external audits

Corporate Performance Reporting

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Collecting performance information and data, and compiling corporate performance reports
  • Developing corporate performance communication strategies and standardizing reporting processes
  • Liaising with stakeholders on reporting requirements and ensuring timely submissions
  • Presenting and attending queries related to corporate performance reports

Performance Information Management

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategies and project/information management reporting templates
  • Data collection, analysis, interpretation, and management of performance information
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance data collection and analysis
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators
  • Evaluating the usefulness of planned and reported performance information

Assessment and Reconciliation of Portfolio of Evidence

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing compilation of data and collection of documents as a portfolio of evidence
  • Assessing the portfolio of evidence and reconciling it with submitted Business Unit Reports
  • Engaging with business units on gaps identified in the PoEs
  • Coordinating submission of Portfolio of Evidence to Internal/External Auditors

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
