Fourways, South Africa Call Centre Support Full time

The company is a Call Centre Operation that operates from Fourways in Johannesburg.

The position will be to work with the Operations Manager to manage and optimise the campaigns run in the call centre.

This will entail all aspects of managing campaigns from start to finish and will include manage the leads, optimising dialing and productivity, management of lead usage, ensuring compliance to scripts, capturing, etc and to deal with staff queries.

Developing processes to improve on campaign data and systems is therefore essential. It is an ideal position for someone who is able to be pro-active in suggesting improvements and solutions.

Running reports for clients based on call outcomes is an essential component of the position and is done mostly in excel.

Extensive communication with Clients is essential both verbally and in writing.

Knowledge of insurance principles will be a plus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
