We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our real estate team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will be crucial in supporting daily operations and enhancing overall efficiency within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Provide general administrative support to real estate agents and management.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.

**Lead Generation**:Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies.
Utilize various platforms and tools to generate and track leads.

**Cold Calling**:Initiate and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
Effectively communicate our services and offerings to potential leads.
Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to nurture relationships.

**Database Management**:Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of client information and interactions.

**Communication and Coordination**:Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings.

**Documentation**:Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents.
Ensure all paperwork is complete and in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other real estate software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in lead generation and cold calling is a plus.

**Salary**: R6,000.00 per month
