**Overview**:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Brand and Events in various activities to promote the Omnia brand and products/services. You will work closely with the marketing team and gain hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing

**Experience**:
Preferred:

- Experience with graphic design tools
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and all digital forums
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Experience in a similar role (part time will be fine as well)

**Duties**:
1. Social Media Management:

- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities.

2. Content Creation:

- Support in the development of marketing collateral, including blog posts, articles, and visual content.
- Assist in maintaining a content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

3. Event Execution:

- Coordinate the logistics of events, webinars, and promotional activities.

4. Data Analysis:

- Compile and analyze marketing data to measure the success of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the marketing team.

5. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative assistance, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Management of the account’s payment process for the event and brand area

6. Branded Collateral Support:

- Order corporate gifts and manage the corporate gift store.
- Order and maintain internal and external banners, manage the distribution, collections, and implementation for different events.

7. Market Research:

- Conduct research to identify market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Summarize findings and present insights to the marketing team.
- Monitor daily media through Novus.
