**Location: Cape Town (Engen House)**:
**Purpose of the Job**:
Enhance and strengthen relationship with high valued customers. Understands and proactively meets customer order fulfilment, queries and maintenance requirements

**What you will be doing**:
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Develop and maintain business relationship with the objective of expanding and retaining Key Account
Forecasts account planning cycle to identify sale opportunities.
Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Facilitates proactive customer engagement process.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all relevant stakeholder
Meets assigned expectations for proactive account management and engagement.
Manage execution of Engen Petroleum's agreements / contracts on service delivery
Analyse customer order fulfilment and escalates pertinent issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution.
Tracks and escalates distribution non-compliance.
Escalates pertinent issues to relevant stakeholders.
Provides an advisory service to internal and external customers on service delivery.
Generate customer reports to show trends.
Develops a call plan.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
Processes data and updates databases
Maintains customer relationship database.
Updates customer interaction details as per procedure
Refers to various databases in order to address query.
Verifies information pertaining to order placements, job card and queries.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
Maintains long term relationships, maximising all sale opportunities.
Key interface between customer and relevant business units
Manages client complaints and enquiries.
Refers specific enquiries or complex queries directly to the appropriate area.
Ascertains specific customer process requirements.
Contacts internal and external customer with query response and proposed action steps and timelines
Adheres to customers SLAs.
Establishes and maintains cross functional collaboration by develops stakeholder networks.
Responds to requests for documentation and information.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
Complies with daily operational checklist.
Utilises computer software packages to produce correspondence, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
Escalate business processes requirements amendments.
Escalates user access and profiles issues.
Ensures adherence to CSC code of conduct.
Investigates interactions reported by internal and external customers.
Adhere to CSC quality standards in all interactions.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Gain insight and understanding into customers' company and industry through fact-finding process.
Share knowledge with relevant stakeholders

**What you have done before**:

- Minimum 2 years B2B Sales & Marketing or 3 years remote customer interaction.
- Business Administration/Marketing diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Customer interaction and problem resolution over the phone.
- Experience in Credit Management and computer skills (MS Office, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Credit Management.
- Experience with Proposals.
- Effective prioritization and execution in a high-pressure environment.
- Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced setting. Attention to detail.
