- Minimum Matric
- Certificate/Diploma e.g.: Basic Bookkeeping/Secretarial/Administration.
- Min 3 years working experience in Client services/Basic bookkeeping/Secretarial/travel agent (advantageous)
- Well spoken/ Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans),
- Computer literate: MS Word and Excel
- Good literacy and spelling skills
- Polite and friendly telephone manner
- Organized,
- Must have an eye for detail,
- Helpful.
- Neat professional appearance.

**SALARY/BENEFITS**:

- R12 000 - R15 000 (CTC) per month
- Medical subsidy.
- Pension.
