**Job Specifications**
- **Data Capturing**: Accurately and efficiently capture and input various forms of data into the company database or relevant software systems. Verify the accuracy and completeness of data to ensure high-quality information.
- **Invoice Capturing**: Process and enter invoices received from suppliers into the company's accounting system as well as reconcile discrepancies and address any issues related to invoices with suppliers.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle general administrative duties, including filing, organising documents, and maintaining records. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
- **General Maintenance Tasks**: Assist with office maintenance tasks such as restocking supplies, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a clean and organised workspace.

**Qualifications & Expertise**
- Tertiary education in a related field is preferable. (e.g. business, hospitality, project management, administration, secretarial, etc.)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and productivity tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- A genuine interest in the restaurant and hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional support

**The "Nitty-Gritty"**:

- Contract Type: Full Time Employment
- Salary R9 000.00 dependant on experience
- Monday to Friday: 08:00/09:00 - 17:00/16:00

**OR**
- Contract Type: Part Time Employment
- Salary R6 500.00
- Either 3 full days a week or half days Monday / Tuesday - Friday
