**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Telephone Management**: Efficiently manage all incoming calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- **Reception Duties**: Ensure the reception area is always presentable, welcoming, and tidy, reflecting the company’s brand values.
- **Brand Marketing**: Regularly update and play brand-marketing videos and that all business areas are presented, ensuring all content is current and relevant.
- **Contact List Management**: Update and distribute the company’s comprehensive telephone list on a monthly basis.
- **Package Coordination**: Coordinate deliveries and collections of small packages and documentation, maintaining accurate records and timely distribution.
- **General Administration**: Support the team with general office administration tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Matric certificate with a relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a quick learner with databases.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage confidently and professionally with a variety of people.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Outgoing, confident, and friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional, polished, and positive attitude at all times.
