Duties:

- Handling of switchboard and seeing to guests
- Flight and travel management of 30+ people
- Setting up meetings
- Quotes when requested
- Arranging couriers
- Tracking of company vehicles
- General administrative work
- Own vehicle and license required
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Must be able to think independently
- Must work well under pressure
- 5+ years experience
- In office position Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30, remote travel arrangements will be required over the weekends.
- Must be willing to prove themselves and work a 3 month contract to start. After a successful 3 months a permanent position will be offered, including benefits.

Salary to be discussed in interview.
