Join our dynamic team as a Campus Manager/GM (Operations/Higher/Tertiary Education) at our private tertiary education campus in Eastrand, Johannesburg. As the Campus Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the campus and work closely with our private education team. We're looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and previous management experience in a tertiary education environment.
**Educational Requirements**:
Relevant Degree
ETQA Experience
3+ years of experience in a management role
3-10 years’ experience in a Training and Development environment
High level of competency in MS Office, particularly Word, and Excel
Must have a background in a tertiary academic environment.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Ensure a high-quality service to every student by overseeing, directing, and leading the daily campus operations.
Drive the sales team's performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve or exceed annual targets.
Optimize service levels to students and ensure timely resolution of student issues within agreed parameters.
Manage and coordinate marketing activities at the campus level, working closely with the head office marketing team.
Achieve the budgeted EBIDA for the campus by managing revenue and operational expenses.
Maintain the highest quality of teaching and learning on campus
Ensure compliance with all accreditation requirements from a statutory perspective.
Attain rollover and retention ratios for the campus, implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
Keep the campus presentable, well-maintained, clean, and ensure all IT systems and equipment are operational.
Maximize management interaction with students, including engaging with the SRC, organizing CSI projects, sports days, and parents' functions.
