- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online & telephonically reservations
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Assisting with general administration
- Liase with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean & tidy
- Sales : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Sales Documentation : Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, proposals, and contracts

**Requirements & Skills**
- Grade 12 (matric)
- Customer service attitude & pleasant telephone manners
- Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment
- Own vehicle required for travel purposes
- Valid driver’s licence
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
