Welcome visitors, and answer any questions visitors have

Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests; COVID - 19 protocols and of calls received

Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times

Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, copy machine and scanner

Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail

Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed

Maintain the general office filing system

Matric/Grade12/NQF Level 4 qualification or higher

Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license

3 years of relevant experience in an office environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Well presented

Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

Must be punctual with strong attendance

Excellent time management and attendance history

Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
