- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- To always look presentable and behave professional at all times.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork and maintaining documents.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- To attend to all relevant reports required by your Line Manager or Supervisor and/or any reasonable report supporting the company’s smooth administrative flow.
- Recruitment and selection support.
- Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes.
- To manage orders dispatch and courier services for other region orders.
- Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Inventory management.
