What will you do?
Lead business change acceptance, adaptation, and adoption in response to project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct change impact assessments and determine appropriate and effective change responses in response to project initiatives
Establish change management plans, in collaboration with and supported by Communications & Marketing; as well as HR: Learning & Development business functions
Drive and implement change activities
Establish change impact flight view across various projects; and monitor against change risk
Qualification and Experience Degree or Diploma with 4 to 6 years related experience Knowledge and Skills
Excellent Change & Time management skills

Business planning skills
