To ensure that the sales administration and operations functions runs according to procedures.

Minimum Qualification: Matric/ Gr.12

Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous

2 - 3 years’ experience in Sales Administration and Operations

Stock, Finance and General Admin Training

RESPONSIBILITIES

Invoicing

Debtor’s, Credit notes

Scanning in of POD’s to K8 system on a weekly basis

Assisting by receiving the public in a professional and friendly manner at counter.

Petty cash control, as well as recon on Excel, reporting to management.

Banking, Sending through proof of payments and balancing the Till on K8 system.

Creditors, to send POD’s to HO for capturing and payment and assist with any creditor queries that may arise.

Follow up on debtors

Attending to all Job related administration.

Attending to any and all ad-hoc duties required by management.

Making sure that filing system is updated.

Order stationery and refreshments for the branch.

Capturing gas recon on the system and invoicing the customer.

Capturing gas movement of excel spreadsheet on a daily basis.

Arranging EFT payments as requested by different departments.

Arranging couriers for stock collection and deliveries.
