**Entrepreneurial Sales Responsibilities**:

- **Innovative Client Acquisition**:Strategically develop and execute unique methods to attract new clients, including networking, cold calling and using social media, mirroring the drive of running your own business.
- **Expert Needs Analysis**: Perform detailed client evaluations, skillfully matching their needs with tailored insurance solutions
- **Build and Sustain Client Relationships**: Foster lasting client connections, taking charge of client satisfaction and retention with the ownership of a business leader
- **Target Management and Sales Goals**: Proactively work towards meeting and exceeding set sales targets.

**Proactive Insurance Administration**:

- **Efficient Policy Management**:Manage the initiation and processing of new insurance policies with precision and client-centric focus
- **Claims Processing Excellence**:Handle claims effectively, including logging, tracking and coordinating with Discovery for swift resolutions.
- **Responsive Client Support**:Actively address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Policy Renewals and Maintenance**:Handle policy renewals, amendments, and administrative updates, ensuring timely and accurate execution

**General Administration and Support**:

- **Efficient Administration**: Lead general office tasks with a focus on innovation and effectiveness, akin to managing your own business's resources.
- **Maximize Client Retention**: Implement and refine strategies to keep clients engaged, bringing your unique entrepreneurial insights to enhance client loyalty.
- **Uphold Compliance and Accuracy**: Ensure adherence to industry regulations with the meticulousness of a business owner.

**Required Skills and Personal Attributes**:

- **Experience in Short-Term Sales**:At least **5 years** of direct experience in short-term insurance sales, demonstrating a history of success and expertise in the field.
- **Qualified Professional**:Possession of RE 5 and other industry-relevant qualifications.
- **Client Base Management**: Proven experience in managing and growing an existing client base, highlighting an ability to nurture and expand client relationships.
- **Dynamic Entrepreneurial Thinker**: Bring a proactive, innovative mindset, constantly seeking growth opportunities and new challenges.
- **Self-Motivated and Disciplined**: Demonstrate strong self-management, operating effectively with autonomy.
