Claims Administrator- Short Term Insurance

Receive and review insurance claimsSending out, registering and settling claims timeouslyEfficient planning and organization of administrationAnswering telephone calls, emails and corresponding proficientlyInvestigate claims by gathering information from policyholders, witnesses, and other sources.
Negotiate claim settlements with policyholders, insurance companies, and other parties.Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates on claim status and address questions and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of claims and related documentation.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Meet or exceed performance standards for quality, productivity, and customer service.
Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
Matric Non-NegotiableDriver's License and own vehicleMinimum 10 years of experience in claims administration or claims negotiation in the short-term insurance industry.
Completed NQF4 Accreditation in Short Term InsuranceClass of Business:Personal & Commercial LinesMotor and Non-Motor Claim experienceFAIS CompliantProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication SkillsSalary:
