As the HR advisor, you will assist the People team to provide and lead a full HR support service to our employees across France and over time, you will support employees in our other operating countries as well, including Canada, Belgium, Holland and Germany. In this role, you will touch all elements of the employee life cycle, ensuring the highest level of customer service is always provided.

**What you will be doing**:

- Crafting job offer letters, contracts, and other paperwork and process handling to ensure a professional and successful onboarding of new employees
- Support all administrative tasks such as data audits, to ensure accurate processing of employee information in the Global HR system
- Processing leavers and employee changes in a timely manner, including issuing the relevant paperwork
- Assist new employees and line managers with first-line queries regarding their role within the business and set up and audit electronic personnel files
- Collaborating with the local payroll and reward teams to ensure all new starters, changes and leavers are processed accurately and timely
- Referencing new employees and providing written references for ex-employees per country requirements
- Support the People Director and People Business Partner with administrative tasks as the need arises
- Advising line managers or employees directly on employee relation matters
- Be the first point of contact for any ad-hoc employee queries

**What we are looking for**:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, in particular, you will need to be fluent in both English and French, confidently communicating in both languages (written and verbal). Prior experience working with employees based in France, and the ability to seamlessly collaborate with globally based colleagues is key.

Outstanding administration skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and meet multiple targets across multiple time zones, will be vital to your success in this position.
