- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage sales transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and recording sales invoices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and reorder supplies as needed.
- Organize and manage the display of products in the store to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or sales role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
