Front Desk and Housekeeping Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of the hotel’s reception, including inquiries, reservations, spa bookings, check-in/check-out, guest payments, porter services, and special guest requests.
- Oversee all aspects of housekeeping to ensure that rooms and other communal areas are clean and of the highest standard.
- Manage, train and co-ordinate a reception and housekeeping team that maintains a high standard of excellent service.
- Address guest inquiries, special requests and complaints in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Ensure effective communication between reception and housekeeping to coordinate guest arrivals, departures and special requests.
- Inspect and confirm that hotel rooms are clean and up to standard for new arrivals.
- Manage the booking and payment system ensuring accurate guest information, payments and room allocation.

**Experience**:

- At least 3 - 5 years front desk experience in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of front desk procedures, reservations, and financial transactions
- Previous experience with hotel management software
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
- Management and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
