To develop profitable and sustainable sales growth at assigned Key Accounts and to help manage the Account Managers to establish strong customer relations.

- Building and maintaining relationships with Buyers
- Retain and grow your customer base, achieve, and maximize sales, profitability and growth targets.
- Investigate, track and solve customer and client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions
- Analyze sales data and identify weal areas and formulate a plan/strategy to solve acknowledged weaknesses
- Develop key account sales plans for assigned accounts and implement account strategy with the inclusion of setting goals
- Maintain thorough understanding of the retail industry and specific customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Profile customers and need requirements, and co-ordinate internally for optimum customer satisfaction.
- Establish and strengthen customer satisfaction, with strong focus on profitability of your entire customers base.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of your customers' business and offer value propositions in line with customer growth targets.
- Analysis of actual sales compared to budgets and targets and contingency plans for assigned accounts.
- Ensure regular meetings with Buyers and Clients to review sales performance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- Marketing and Sales Diploma (NQF 6)
- At least 2 years experience in Accounts and Sales management
- 1-year relative industry exposure
- Valid Drivers License (Own vehicle required)
- Extensive experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent MS Excel and mathematical skills
