Job Description
To provide Business Units with a full human resources administration service Responsible for assisting line managers and staff within these business units in a wide variety of administration duties for example leave, medical, pension
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources
- Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team
- Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
- Provide administrative support for allowances, employee benefits and staff files
- Compliance to HR process and procedures
