Job Overview

LePub is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workflow Manager to oversee the daily operations of our creative team. This role involves coordinating tasks, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining open communication with team members.

About You

  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have at least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Traffic Manager or Junior Traffic Manager in a TTL Advertising Agency or similar environment.
  • You possess strong project management skills, with expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chase experience.
  • You are proficient in Digital and have excellent analytical and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating creative workflow planning with creatives, Account Managers, and department heads.
  • Ensuring clear communication among team members working on client briefs or pitches.
  • Monitoring resource requirements across the studio and alerting Creative Heads to any issues.
  • Ensuring all deliverables are completed within scheduled timelines.
  • Interacting with Account Managers and the production team.
  • Sourcing and managing freelancers.
  • Managing timesheets and submitting them accurately.
  • Working closely with the Executive Creative Director to assign specific tasks to creatives.
  • Scheduling and facilitating daily stand-ups with studio/creatives to ensure they understand their workload and responsibilities.
  • Problem-solving resource issues as needed.
  • Communicating key dates for review and approval of work to team members.
  • Tracking jobs and making them accessible to internal stakeholders.
  • Managing daily activities and deadlines.
  • Monitoring schedules and workloads of permanent and freelance staff.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, invoiced on time, and within budget.
  • Assisting in de-briefing projects with the Client Services team, Studio, and relevant Department Heads to assess performance.

Qualifications

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Traffic Manager/Junior Traffic Manager in a TTL Advertising Agency or similar environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Chase experience is essential; MS Project is advantageous.
  • Well-versed in Digital.
  • Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Good analytical and numeracy skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
